About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Change & Communications Manager to lead change initiatives and stakeholder engagement across a dynamic program of work, with a strong focus on Supply Chain transformation. This 12-month fixed-term role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions, effective communication, and successful adoption of new ways of working—particularly within logistics, warehouse operations, robotics, transport, and supply chain technologies..

 

In this Role

  • Drive awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement through tailored change management plans
  • Minimize resistance and maximize engagement across stakeholders in fast-paced, operational environments
  • Implement impactful communications and training to mitigate change risks in logistics and warehouse settings
  • Develop change collateral aligned with Metcash’s Delivery Success approach
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and transition planning for supply chain initiatives
  • Design, develop, and deliver change collateral across a range of mediums with a strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with program teams to design and deliver fit-for-purpose change activities across robotics, automation, and transport systems
  • Ensure seamless transition to BAU models and long-term sustainability
  • Participate in the Delivery Success change cohort to maintain consistency and excellence.

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Proven experience in change management within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse transformation projects
  • Relevant Change Management qualifications or accreditations
  • Strong communication skills – writing, editing, and managing multi-channel platforms
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including operational and technical teams
  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies in high-impact environments
  • Strong leadership and ability to set clear purpose and direction
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced settings
