We’re seeking a detail-oriented Channel Coordinator to help drive operational efficiency across our Foodservice and Convenience channels. You’ll provide essential support in pricing, promotional planning, and trade marketing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

In this Role

  • Act as the primary communication link between branches and head office
  • Develop and coordinate monthly sales packs and tools to support branches and the sales team
  • Assist in managing and implementing pricing strategies to drive commercial outcomes
  • Support promotional and cycle planning processes to ensure timely execution
  • Analyse promotions, key initiatives, and new product performance to assess effectiveness and identify improvements
  • Contribute to new line and category review processes to deliver an optimal product range for branches and customers
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and outcomes for branches, the sales team, and customers

 

You’re Likely a Match If  

  • Experience in wholesale or FMCG environments, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an open and authentic style
  • Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative team player who values shared goals and fosters positive stakeholder engagement
  • Continuous improvement mindset, leveraging tools like Power BI or similar reporting software to drive insights
