About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Commercial & Partnership Activation Manager to bring big ideas to life and drive commercial growth across our digital and loyalty channels. In this pivotal role, you'll turn category and trade strategies into impactful activations that increase sales, deepen customer engagement and unlock supplier investment.

 

Working at the intersection of Commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital and key external partners, you'll lead the delivery of campaigns, offers and partnerships that create value for customers, suppliers and the business.

In this Role

  • Translate category and trade strategies into high-impact loyalty, eCommerce and digital activations that drive sales, margin and customer engagement
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external partners to unlock commercial opportunities and maximise activation outcomes
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and activations, partnering with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of funded offers and activations that support key category, seasonal and trading priorities
  • Own the communication of reporting, turning insights into actionable recommendations that optimise future activity and investment
  • Collaborate with Category and Trade teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure strong alignment between strategy, supplier participation and execution

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • 4+ years’ experience in retail, FMCG, partnerships, commercial activation, sales or a related commercial role
  • Proven experience developing and delivering campaigns, activations or supplier-funded initiatives
  • Strong experience building and managing supplier, partner or stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working closely with Commercial, Merchandising or Trade teams to deliver business outcomes
  • Exposure to loyalty, eCommerce or digital channels, with an understanding of how they drive customer engagement and sales
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance insights and translate them into actionable opportunities
