About the Opportunity

IBA is on the lookout for a Commercial Analyst to provide strategic commercial and analytical support across the IBA business, focusing on financial modelling, performance tracking, and data-driven insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage trading terms, supplier contracts, and forecasting processes, helping drive informed decision-making and operational excellence. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Macquarie Park office.

In this Role

• Partner with Commercial Managers to deliver financial modelling, performance tracking, and commercial insights across Retail, Merchandise, Marketing, and Digital.
• Ensure compliance and accurate management of trading term rebates and commercial items (e.g. BDF, Incentives, MIP).
• Maintain and integrate supplier contracts into systems like PowerApp and Salesforce for accurate rebate tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support reporting and business case development.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Support robust business case modelling, including ROI assessments and scenario analysis.
• Own the IBA customer rebate process, including monthly accrual reviews and maintenance of the rebate register.

You’re Likely a Match If

• CPA or CA qualified highly regarded
• Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Previous experience in an FMCG, Retail or Supplier environment
• Advanced analytical skills and a passion for data integrity and governance
