About the Opportunity
LocalEyes Retail Media is redefining how brands connect with Australian shoppers by unlocking the power of Metcash’s extensive retail ecosystem across Food, Liquor and Hardware.
We’re looking for a Commercial Lead – Agency Partnerships to drive the success of our strategic partnerships with QMS. This role is the key commercial connector between LocalEyes and our agency partners, enabling a best-in-class go-to-market strategy, sales enablement approach and commercial growth plan.
This is a strategic opportunity to shape propositions, build market-leading narratives, unlock insights and ensure our partners have the tools and capabilities to grow the LocalEyes network.
In this Role, You Will:
- Lead the commercial relationship with QMS, driving alignment and partnership growth.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, sales narratives and commercial propositions across our retail media assets.
- Create impactful sales enablement tools including pitch decks, insights, case studies and measurement frameworks.
- Partner with Insights, Product, Marketing and Retail teams to evolve our offering.
- Translate market trends, agency insights and customer data into growth opportunities.
- Lead joint business planning, commercial reviews and strategic initiatives with key partners.
You’ll bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in media, retail media, agency partnerships, commercial strategy or business development.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into compelling propositions.
- Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of media, agency environments, go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.
- A curious, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging retail media trends.
