About the Opportunity  

 We’re looking for a Commercial Manager – Customer to join our passionate ALM team based in Macquarie Park on a permanent, full-time basis.

In this strategic and commercially focused role, you will support the performance, pricing, and profitability of our wholesale customer base. This includes providing end-to-end support across contracts, national on-premise groups, commercial modelling, and network growth opportunities. You'll help drive informed decisions across ALM by developing insights, analysis, and commercial strategy that strengthen our wholesale and on-premise customer relationships.

 

In this Role  

  • You will provide commercial and strategic support across ALM's wholesale and contract customer base, aligning agreements with commercial goals.
  • You will lead pricing and profitability analysis, including biannual rate reviews and customer onboarding viability.
  • You will support national on-premise groups with financial modelling, contract management, and strategic alignment.
  • You will develop robust, data-driven business cases for investments and strategic initiatives.
  • You will identify network growth opportunities through deep commercial and market analysis.
  • You will deliver high-quality, timely ad hoc commercial analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.

 

You’re Likely a Match If  

  • You are CPA or CA qualified, with 5+ years’ experience in a similar commercial role.
  • You bring strong financial and commercial acumen, ideally from the FMCG or liquor/wholesale sector.
  • You’re highly skilled in financial modelling, contract analysis, and strategy development.
  • You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • You’re collaborative, authentic, improvement-focused, and purpose driven.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where your insights directly impact business performance and customer success.
