Your role with Metcash
•    Coordinate end-to-end Board, Committee, and governance meeting cycles, including planning, scheduling, and delivery
•    Manage Board papers, ensuring timely preparation, quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards
•    Act as the central liaison between Directors, senior executives, Executive Assistants, and stakeholders
•    Maintain governance records including action registers, resolutions, calendars, and document systems
•    Support preparation of Board documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and governance reporting
•    Provide high-level executive assistance to senior leaders within Legal, Risk and Compliance
•    Coordinate Director activities including onboarding, travel, expenses, and ongoing engagement
•    Identify and drive improvements to governance processes, systems, and administration practices

What You’ll Bring
•    5+ years’ experience supporting Boards, Committees, or senior executives in a listed or regulated environment
•    Strong understanding of Board governance processes and company secretarial practices
•    Experience using governance systems such as Diligent and CAS360 (preferred)
•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Exceptional organisation, document management, and attention to detail
•    Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
•    Strong stakeholder engagement skills with confidence working with senior executives and Directors
•    Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
