About the Opportunity
Join a high-performing digital marketing team on an 8-month fixed-term contract, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver impactful digital campaigns across some of Australia's leading liquor retail brands. As the Digital Brand Manager, you will draw on your digital marketing expertise, and work closely with suppliers, media agencies, and cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, commercial outcomes, and brand growth across multiple digital channels. Based in Macquarie Park with 3 days per week in the office, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
In this Role
- Spearhead the development and execution of IBA's digital strategy across key banners (Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, IGA Liquor, Thirsty Camel, and Porters Liquor) focusing on brand, value, supplier, loyalty, and ecommerce/quick commerce across various platforms. Note that the banners are shared between two roles.
- Manage day to day copy instructions of social, digital catalogues, and feed into always on paid search strategy
- Lead social moderation/ community management on allocated banner groups
- Feed into campaigns team on the right digital execution strategy to deliver to the objectives, including working with the digital team on landing page layout, ecommerce and creative
- Commercialise the digital program through the sale of digital services and placements to suppliers via IBA360 programme
- Building out cross-channel go-to-market plans aligning to supplier’s objectives, IBA objectives, and available spaces to book across our channels. This includes liaising with suppliers on upcoming promotions and managing asset delivery with suppliers
- Work with our agency partners, retailers, and studio to create and deliver paid & organic content as well as book and review paid media plans
You’re Likely a Match If
- 3-5 + years digital marketing/media experience across display, content, social, ecommerce
- Proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies and successfully implementing digital campaigns
- Passionate about creating engaging content for social platforms
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Results and performance focused with strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally, while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability
