About the role:

As the digital campaign manager, you will be the lead for our Clients, and be the key contact, managing all client work, taking briefs, scoping and managing timings You will support a number of Metcash brands with an initial focus on Food and Grocery at national, state and retailer levels, coordinating campaign creation, delivery, offers and data requirements across multiple stakeholder groups. This role is ideal for those with an agency background wanting to transfer their skills within an internal marketing environment. This will be a 12 month maternity leave contract role.

 

You will:

  • Identify campaign requirements and define a delivery roadmap, working across the digital team to create an aligned and seamless customer experience across all customer touch points
  • Create and manage a robust campaign briefing processes with business divisions and retailers to deliver to agreed SLAs with appropriate quality control and data management checkpoints
  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to define and improve operational processes
  • Find opportunities to sell Digital initiatives to our clients, suppliers and retailers by highlighting and promoting proven success/case study examples

 

About you:

  • Creative/Digital agency client management experience as an Account Director or high performing Senior Account Manager
  • Proven experience with Digital advertising campaign management, digital marketing or similar
  • Track record in managing advertising campaigns with a passion for digital engagement
  • Experience working with content management systems, CRM or email marketing, database management and data analytics
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
