About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail oriented Digital Campaign Coordinator to support the delivery of targeted digital campaigns across email, owned channels and online platforms. You’ll work with multiple internal teams to deliver relevant offers and communications that drive sales and engagement.

This role focuses on optimising shopper journeys, enhancing lifetime value and identifying opportunities to improve our marketing strategy.

In this Role

  • Coordinate and execute standardised digital campaign programs, including catalogues, promotional offers, newsletters, lifecycle journeys, and product or channel‑specific campaigns
  • Manage the end‑to‑end campaign brief workflow, collaborating with Channel, Marketing, Merchandise, and Promotions teams to plan targeted communications for the right shopper segments
  • Support campaign and digital production teams by ensuring all creative assets are delivered, approved, and scheduled on time, while assisting Operations with retailer and shopper onboarding
  • Work directly with retailers to integrate localised content into outbound campaigns, ensuring relevance and alignment with broader national or state programs
  • Analyse shopper and product data to produce actionable insights, including purchase behaviour, frequency, and lifetime value, to inform CRM planning and improve campaign targeting
  • Collaborate with the Martech QA team to maintain and enhance product information and content libraries, such as Next Best Offer categories, product and shopper tags, and digital content assets

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Proven ability to build strong, positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced planning, organisational skills, and exceptional attention to detail
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital or email marketing campaign roles, with a strong focus on customer journeys and end‑to‑end campaign delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable return on investment across marketing initiatives
  • Hands‑on experience with multi‑channel campaign management platforms such as IBM Campaign, Salesforce CRM, Marketo or similar technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
