Job Description

In this role you will design and produce customer focused campaigns to influence shopper behaviour and increase retail sales. The role will be responsible for delivering assets across email, paid & third-party media, and online channels, ensuring all are within brand guidelines.

You will support & collaborate with multiple stakeholders & teams to deliver offers and communications to the right shoppers at the right time to optimise the impact on sales, supplier income and return on investment for the Digital Channel programs.

 

What you’ll do

  • Utilise the Adobe Creative Suite to create graphical and creative assets for digital campaigns, including catalogue, offer specials, newsletters, lifecycle, product, and retailer specific campaigns.
  • Quality control all campaigns, and ensure all assets, links, and copy are correct. Code and/or update text and imagery with responsive email templates
  • Work with campaign coordinators, operations, and campaign planning manager to ensure all scheduled and planned campaigns are delivered to their timelines, and within branding guidelines. Support and adhere to a campaign calendar and contact frequency management for shoppers.
  • Create insights from data to develop actionable recommendations based on product purchase behaviour, frequency, and Lifetime Value for use in planning and campaign improvements.
  • Ensure all campaigns and the use of shopper data are delivered within the frameworks of applicable legislation (Spam Act and Privacy Act) and best practice industry guidelines.
  • Support and collaborate with the Martech QA team to maintain and continuously develop product information and content libraries, including Next Best Offer product categories, product and shopper segment tags and digital content assets.
  • Work with the Channel and Marketing teams and support the IGA Media Centre Initiative teams to ensure regular promotional and seasonal campaigns are delivered, communicated to relevant stakeholders and any required supplier funding elements are delivered.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in email marketing or production role(s), with a focus on customer journeys
  • Demonstrated experience delivering return on investment from marketing initiatives.
  • Prior use of and strong knowledge of email sending platforms, such as Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp, Adestra, etc
  • Experience in creating video animations (desired skill)
