Reporting to our Chief People Office, you will be accountable for reshaping core people operations into a simple, scalable, systems led model anchored in SAP SuccessFactors. You will drive enterprise wide change across P&C operations, systems and service delivery, and laying the foundations for shared services, automation and future transformation.

What you’ll do
•    Lead the transformation of P&C operations to support scale, growth and acquisitions
•    Establish systems led, data driven people processes with SuccessFactors as the single source of truth
•    Transform core HR operations across Join, Move and Leave processes
•    Deliver the rollout, adoption and optimisation of SuccessFactors
•    Redesign service delivery models to improve self service and customer experience
•    Build strong data, systems and integration foundations across P&C, IT and Payroll
•    Lead and integrate a multi disciplinary team to deliver measurable business benefits
•    Lay the foundations for shared services, automation and future transformation 

What you’ll bring
•    Senior Leadership experience with strong success in leading HR / P&C operations and large scale transformation
•    Strong HRIS capability, with hands on experience in platforms such as SuccessFactors
•    Proven ability to design and implement scalable, systems led operating models
•    Strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic, outcomes focused mindset
•    Experience driving cross functional alignment across P&C, IT and Payroll
•    A systems thinking approach combined with strong execution capability
•    Confidence leading complex change in a growing, evolving organisation
