About the Opportunity

Own the end-to-end, national supply chain performance - connecting planning to execution to lift service, safety, productivity and working capital.

Set the standards, run the rhythm, and keep performance on track.

What you’ll do 

• Own national end-to-end performance - service (DIFOT), cost-to-serve, inventory/working capital and productivity- setting priorities and running the performance cadence.
• Lift DC and logistics execution through clear standards, governance and continuous improvement.
• Lead outbound transport and workforce planning - optimising the operating model, carrier performance and labour/capacity plans.
• Strengthen demand/supply planning and the planning “engine room” (systems, data, CI) while partnering with State Teams to embed national standards locally.

What you’ll bring

• Senior, enterprise-level supply chain leader who creates clarity from complexity - sets priorities, makes trade-offs and delivers at pace.
• Commercial and data-led - Leverage data insights to drive commercial outcomes in Supply Chain Operations
• Deep technical grounding across DC operations, outbound transport, safety/compliance, and end-to-end planning (demand, supply, inventory, workforce).
• Extensive experience in leading complex, multi-site operations - able to influence without direct control and build alignment with state leaders, FMCG/retail/wholesale experience highly regarded.
