About the Opportunity
At Metcash, our corporate finance team plays a critical role in driving performance, shaping strategy, and enabling confident decision-making across the Group. We’re now looking for a Group FP&A Manager to join this high-performing team and help deliver financial insight that truly matters.

In this Role
- Lead the Group reporting and planning cycle (monthly results, budgets, forecasts).
- Deliver accurate, timely insights and high-quality commentary for senior leadership.
- Consolidate budgets and forecasts across Group and Corporate functions.
- Partner with Food and Liquor teams to review performance and challenge assumptions.
- Support Group Investment Committee submissions, investment reviews, and commercial analysis.
- Simplify complexity for non-financial stakeholders and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and optimisation of TM1 and reporting tools.
- Support strategic and analytical projects for the Group CFO and executive stakeholders.
You’re Likely a Match If
- CA/CPA qualified with strong FP&A, reporting, and accounting experience.
- Background in retail, FMCG, or supply chain (ideal).
- Strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and data integrity mindset.
- Experience with planning systems (TM1, Power BI preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering capability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
