About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring Head of Campaigns to lead the development and delivery of best-in-class shopper campaigns. Based in Macquarie Park and reporting to the GM of Shopper, Brand and Loyalty, this role will drive campaign excellence across our retail network, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximising ROI.
In this Role
- Lead a team of Campaign Managers to deliver impactful shopper campaigns
- Champion insight-led campaign development using internal and external data
- Collaborate with media agencies to optimise channel strategy and budget allocation
- Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, retailers, and agencies
- Oversee creative execution across all shopper touchpoints, including in-store
- Evaluate campaign performance and feed insights into future planning
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in campaign effectiveness
- Manage campaign budgets and agency contracts with a focus on strategic outcomes
You’re Likely a Match If
- Have 15+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within retail
- Are passionate about shopper behaviour and marketing communications
- Bring a proven track record in leading large-scale campaigns
- Leverage data-driven insights to shape compelling campaign strategies
- Understand the media landscape and how to balance mass and targeted channels
- Excel at stakeholder management and agency partnerships
- Are a strong communicator with influencing skills and a collaborative mindset
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
