About the Opportunity

This is not a traditional Head of P&C role.

This is an opportunity to sit at the centre of a major business transformation, partnering directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape the future of Food Services & Convenience. You'll help drive a turnaround and integration agenda, influence critical business decisions, and build a high-performing organisation where culture and capability become true competitive advantages.

You'll be more than a P&C leader — you'll be a trusted advisor, strategic partner, coach, and change leader who can move seamlessly from boardroom conversations to frontline impact.

In this Role, You Will:

• Partnering with the CEO and senior leaders to translate business strategy into impactful people strategies that drive performance and growth
• Leading organisational transformation and integration initiatives, including organisational design, change management and workforce planning
• Building leadership capability and succession depth, ensuring teams have the talent and skills required for the future
• Shaping culture and employee experience, creating an environment where accountability, engagement and high performance thrive
• Leading and developing a high-performing P&C team, while influencing across a matrix environment to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes

You’ll bring:

• Significant P&C leadership experience within large, complex and matrixed organisations
• Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation, workforce strategy and cultural change
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people outcomes
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, bring clarity and drive action
• A passion for developing people and creating high-performing, values-led cultures
