About the Opportunity

 We have an exciting opportunity for a Lease Accounting Manager to join our team based in Macquarie Park on a full-time fixed term basis with contract concluding end of February 2027.

The Lease Accounting Manager is responsible for the accurate financial processes stemming from lease agreements across the portfolio. In general, the Lease Accounting Manager is responsible for understanding all financial responsibilities in respect to the lease agreements and takes ownership and responsibility for their accurate remittance and billing.

In this Role

• To be the key point of contact with landlords and subtenants for lease billing related matters.
• Complete AP/AR preparation including rent rolls and ad-hoc payment preparation.
• Ensuring the correct issue of rent invoices and the invoices for ad-hoc recoveries.
• Preparation of a monthly tenancy schedule and other adhoc reports.
• Ensuring the accuracy of rent reviews (i.e. CPI/ fixed rent review).
• Collecting insurance documentation from sublessees.
• Account & outgoings reconciliation as well as outgoings budget review.
• Assessing whether transactions and charges are in line with lease agreements.
• Preparation of rent review letters, remittance advices etc.
• Maintenance of the sales database
