About the Opportunity

Own the loyalty engine that drives growth. As Senior Manager, Loyalty Lead, you’ll lead the end-to-end loyalty proposition, setting strategy, shaping the roadmap and deciding where loyalty delivers the most value. You’ll balance customer engagement with commercial discipline, using data, insights and experimentation to continuously evolve the program and deliver sustainable enterprise growth.

 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Own the end‑to‑end loyalty strategy and Customer Value Proposition, defining how value is earned, redeemed and differentiated across customers, retailers and partners.
  • Lead the loyalty product roadmap, making clear calls on priorities, trade‑offs and sequencing to deliver outcomes aligned to enterprise strategy.
  • Own program health, performance and governance, balancing growth, engagement, NPS, retailer value, liability, risk and compliance.
  • Drive growth through experimentation and personalisation, embedding test‑and‑learn, data‑led decision making, and customer and market insights into ongoing evolution.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Deep expertise in loyalty strategy, mechanics and economics, including liability and cost‑to‑serve trade‑offs.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling large‑scale loyalty or growth programs in complex environments.
  • Strong product leadership skills across strategy, experimentation, optimisation and delivery.
  • High commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear narrative and insight.
