About the Opportunity

As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of the Foodservice & Convenience (FSC) channel marketing plan. Working closely with Channel, Sales, Operations and Digital teams, you’ll support initiatives that help deliver commercial objectives and elevate our presence in a competitive market.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role, based in Macquarie Park, where no two days are the same. You will coordinate campaigns, manage trade marketing assets, drive promotional activity, oversee agency partners, and ensure marketing execution lands effectively across our national network.

 

In this Role

  • Lead the implementation of the channel marketing plan
  • Liaise with internal and external digital and creative partners
  • Coordinate monthly marketing activities including digital, social, instore POS and catalogues
  • Create sales presenters & selling tools to support our sales and operations teams
  • Develop & execute customer promotions aligned to channel activation plan
  • Coordinate PR and trade show activities
  • Process invoices, reconcile monthly spend and manage marketing budget
  • Drive continuous improvement across marketing processes and outputs

 

 What are we looking for?

  • Degree qualification (preferred) or marketing graduate with 2+ years’ marketing experience
  • Experience in FMCG, wholesale or B2B environments (highly regarded)
  • Strong project management capability with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns, digital activity and budget management
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative working style
