About the Opportunity  
The role of National Field Sales Manager involves developing business plans and sales strategies to sustain and grow a profitable Campbells & Convenience customer base. The primary objectives are to establish, build, and maintain professional relationships and contracts with both internal and external customers, driving revenue and margin growth in alignment with the Campbells & Convenience sales strategy.

 

In this Role  
•    Lead the Campbells & Convenience Sales teams, fostering trusted relationships to grow business revenue.
•    Develop and execute customer category strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•    Maintain a profitable customer base, drive new business strategy, and achieve monthly sales targets.
•    Manage tender processes, pricing arrangements, and develop internal relationships for next steps and negotiation.
•    Develop an exceptional sales team, align coaching with leadership frameworks, and ensure a safe working environment.

 

You’re Likely a Match If  
•    Strong experience in a similar role with 10+ years in sales/account management within the retail and FMCG sector.
•    Ability to manage all stakeholders, both internal and external, with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive results through influence.
•    Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, financial assessments, and business case development.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with exposure to leading and implementing transformational change.
•    Proficient negotiation and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior executives, boards, and all-employee meetings.
•    Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, and experience working with senior leaders and within a Senior Leadership Team.
