About the Opportunity
This is an exciting full‑time permanent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our national operations through high‑impact data, reporting, and sales support initiatives. The role can be based out of any of our head offices across Australia, offering flexibility while still being closely connected to our national team. You’ll enjoy a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office to collaborate and drive strong operational outcomes. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key operational data systems, reporting platforms, and national program administration. You’ll also work closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure accurate insights, strong program delivery, and consistent national execution.
In this Role
- Ownership of National Stores List database: Maintaining the Retail database & creation in the ALM On Premise Channel.
- Ownership of our external execution review partnership including processes and data maintenance
- Provide Reporting support for IBA Programs and general data maintenance across all channels.
- Reporting requirements across Power BI and/or other data platforms for National Operations
- IBA Program Support: Administration, reporting & Communication (Eg: Instore Excellence Program)
- Ticketing: Ownership of Administration, reporting & Communication on all National Operations Ticketing platforms.
- Broad understanding of total Operations Teams tools & processes to support when required.
You’re Likely a Match If
- Demonstrated sales/data experience
- A strong understanding of the liquor or FMCG industry.
- Strong reporting and analytical skill-set
- Desire to learn new skills and look for process improvement – a curious mind
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and manage workloads to hit tight deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and must be able to work in a fast paced and exciting environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, effective time management
