About the Opportunity
Metcash is looking for a National Pricing & Compliance Coordinator to support our mission of fair and consistent pricing. You’ll work closely with our Trading Team to ensure compliance with the Grocery Code of Conduct, and manage shelf pricing for our Food Service & Convenience branches!

In this Role
- Support the processing of initial supplier cost change submissions, enrich data with required fields, and create cases in Salesforce for all price increase requests
- Prepare and distribute weekly management reports on price increases, ensuring visibility of status and lifecycle across the business
- Partner with trading teams to meet response and execution timelines in line with the Grocery Code of Conduct and business policies
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of shelf pricing data within pricing systems
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance
You’re Likely a Match If
- Strong understanding of administrative processes related to retail pricing management
- Previous experience in a data-driven or promotions role within the FMCG industry
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and support teams effectively
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and cloud-based applications; familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus
