We’re looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to support the Food & Liquor business across the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll manage onboarding, internal movements, HRIS updates, and generate contracts and documentation while ensuring data integrity. You’ll act as the first point of contact for HR queries, provide accurate advice on policies and processes, and manage ER cases. Proficiency in HRIS platforms is essential, with experience in SuccessFactors and ticketing systems is highly regarded. You’ll also contribute to transformational projects, including integrating P&C processes into our Gen AI tool, People Assist, by developing knowledge articles and workflow documentation. This is a dynamic role combining advisory expertise with operational excellence to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
What You’ll Do
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing accurate advice on policies, processes, and systems.
• Manage onboarding, internal movements, and maintain accurate HR records, including generating contracts and documentation.
• HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Handle ER cases such as abandonment and PIPs, escalating complex matters to ER or Business Partners.
• Support administration for change initiatives and manage sensitive workforce planning information.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support workforce planning and informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles, process documentation, and workflows for People Assist (Gen AI tool).
• Work within a centralized team to ensure consistency and alignment across HR pillars and processes.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in People & Culture (generalist or functional), with ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels is a plus!
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships and influence across multiple levels.
• Skilled in interpreting data to provide insights that inform decisions.
• Experience prioritising deliverables and working to timelines.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and employee relations processes.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems is preferred.
• Experience in knowledge management and process documentation is highly regarded.
