About the Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and curious Private Label Coordinator who’s passionate about bringing great products to life.

In this role, you’ll help shape our private label range by managing everything from trading schedules and market reviews to product benchmarking and new supplier onboarding. You’ll thrive on juggling multiple projects, spotting opportunities in the market, and ensuring every detail is in place for a successful launch.

In this Role

• Conduct in‑depth market reviews to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, using insights to guide product development opportunities
• Perform product benchmarking to assess private label performance against competitors and industry standards, working with stakeholders to implement improvements
• Create detailed product briefs that clearly define product specifications, features, and target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial requirements
• Develop and manage trading schedules for private label products, tracking milestones and ensuring on‑time delivery across all project phases
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of trading and product development plans, proactively addressing any issues or delays
• Lead new supplier onboarding, ensuring all suppliers meet quality, compliance, and ethical standards while fostering strong, productive relationships

You’re Likely a Match If  

• 2+ years’ experience in Product Development, gained locally or internationally, ideally within retail or FMCG
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end product development process, with a solid sense of what good practice looks like at each stage
• Commitment to continuous improvement, always looking for smarter, more efficient and innovative ways of working
• Confident in carrying out market benchmarking, analysing products, trends and competitors to support well‑informed development decisions
