About the Opportunity

Ready to be at the centre of a fast-paced retail environment where no two days look the same? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Coordinators to support our Food business across multiple categories within the Merchandise team.

In this role, you’ll keep things moving - supporting key activity across ranging, pricing, promotions and private label. If you enjoy juggling priorities, working with a variety of stakeholders, and bringing structure to busy workflows, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

In this Role

• Support Category Managers to coordinate and deliver category, private label and promotional activity end-to-end
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across systems (pricing, promotions, product changes and supplier information)
• Coordinate promotional programs, catalogues and campaign activity - keeping timelines, inputs and approvals on track
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Buying, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance, plus external suppliers, to ensure clear communication and smooth execution
• Support product lifecycle activity including new lines, deletions and product updates
• Prepare reports, track milestones and contribute to continuous improvement across category processes
• Maintain accuracy, governance and compliance across all category activity

You’re likely a Match If

• Experience supporting promotional and pricing administration (e.g., catalogues, campaigns or program coordination)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with national and state-based teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Experience in a coordinator, category, promotions, private label or commercial support role within retail, FMCG or wholesale
• Understanding of the Independent Retailer environment and shopper behaviour (highly regarded)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using cloud based tools and SharePoint
