What you’ll do
- Own SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end, ensuring stability and user experience
- Act as Product Owner, aligning roadmap to P&C and business priorities
- Balance BAU support with optimisation and value delivery
- Lead bi-annual release impact, testing, and adoption
- Partner with P&C, IT and vendors using ITIL practices
- Drive continuous improvement via metrics and feedback
What you’ll bring
- Experience managing HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong product mindset balancing service and value
- Process design and optimisation expertise
- Strong data focus (quality, integrity, governance)
- Ability to influence across P&C, IT and stakeholders
- Practical, outcomes-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
