What you’ll do

• Plan and deliver project activities, ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive stakeholder alignment and engagement.
• Lead change management activities, including communications, training and adoption support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks, resolve issues and drive decision making.
• Support the implementation of HR technology and process improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes

What you’ll bring

• Experience delivering systems initiatives (experience with SuccessFactors is highly regarded)
• Experience with change management activities
• Experience working across business and technology teams
• Significant exposure to People and Culture processes and activities or preferably background in HR
• Ability to operate within a structured project governance while also working with ambiguity and changing environments
