About the Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Food PMO team as a Project Manager on a 12mth FTC who is responsible for the successful delivery and operational transition of major Transformation projects, by working closely with clients, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the user and strategic needs.  The Project Manager will have complete end to end accountability of the project and will create and deliver business cases and plans, whilst managing the quality, budget & scope of the project closely. 

 

In this Role

  • Provide direct project management support for high impact initiatives once business case endorsed. Own and proactively drive the full project lifecycle: successful project delivery will include full business case development, implementation, transition to an operational state and adoption of the solution by the stakeholders
  • Gather cost of people, system & process change & actively support and build business cases with project team, assuring ROI prior to requesting approval
  • Support discovery and business case development and funding requests.  Support project delivery through including the use of project tools and resources. Provide operational support to projects
  • Ensure there is a comprehensive change approach to project and incorporate into Project Plan.
  • Ensure that a regular cadence is put in place to provide an update on projects & facilitate agile decision making

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Experience in leading large transformation and change in complex environments
  • Demonstrated working experience in rolling out FMCG Merchandise initiatives
  • Commercial Acumen - Significant experience in converting ideas to business cases and then implementing as a PM
  • Customer focused and highly collaborative, who leads and influences within a complex organizational structure
  • Demonstrates agility and can remain flexible, change and evolve as required.
  • Experience in training and coaching stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Advanced planning & organisation skills and capable of prioritising multiple competing demands.
  • FMCG experience will be highly regarded
