About the Opportunity 

We’re looking for a Retail Media Platform Specialist to own and optimise Salesforce Media Cloud, powering personalised customer engagement and high-performing retail media campaigns.

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our Martech ecosystem — configuring media inventory and pricing, automating CRM sales workflows, activating audiences across paid media, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. In this Role 

  • Own and operate Salesforce Media Cloud configuration and platform architecture
  • Maintain core platform CRM and core Salesforce functionality
  • Build and automate CRM workflows for campaign booking, approvals, and trafficking
  • Configure inventory, pricing models, products, and rate cards
  • Execute audience activation and multichannel delivery solutions via Media Cloud
  • Integrate Media Cloud with CDPs, analytics, and ad tech via APIs and data flows
  • Manage roles, permissions, security, and governance
  • Monitor performance via dashboards, reporting, and data exports
  • Develop platform enhancements for future use cases

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Salesforce Admin Certified Required - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Service Cloud preferred
  • Solid understanding of retail media, CRM-driven engagement, and Martech ecosystems
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, flows, automation, and data models (APEX knowledge preferred)
  • Confidence with inventory systems, pricing logic, and campaign workflows
  • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, SOQL/SQL, and integrations
  • Experience in developing feature capability on Salesforce platforms
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation
