About the Opportunity 

Ready to be a part of leading the charge in growing Retail Media at Metcash? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Retail Media Sales Manager to drive sales, build stellar relationships with our Category Managers and Suppliers, and craft winning media strategies that deliver results. If you’re a storyteller with a passion for media and a knack for turning ideas into action, this role is for you!

In this Role 

• Drive incremental media sales and smash your sales quotas through creative omnichannel plans for key suppliers.

• Build strong connections with Category Managers and Suppliers, becoming their go-to media expert.
• Lead the Go-To-Market strategy and help shape the future of Media Sales at Metcash.

You’re Likely a Match If

• Proven media sales management experience and delivering to targets
• Experience leading a high performing and engaged sales team
• Stellar stakeholder management with senior leadership internally and externally
• Want to make your mark growing Media Sales at Metcash
• A positive, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.    

• Deep understanding of the Australian media sales environment and especially the dynamic and fast changing Retail Media world    

• Relevant qualifications in Marketing or Sales, with a preference for experience in Retail Media.
