About the Opportunity

The IBA Retail Promotions Coordinator is a full-time permanent opportunity located in Macquarie Park, with a hybrid model of three days in the office. You will be responsible for the administration and communication of promotional programs across all IBA Retail brands, playing a key role in ensuring smooth and effective delivery of campaigns. The role also provides ongoing support to the IBA Retail Promotions Manager, offering great exposure and the chance to contribute to high-impact retail initiatives.

In this Role

• Review, coordinate, and execute all retail promotion and program activities across all IBA retail brands, including promotional reporting, system loading, and in-store ticketing.
• Ensure promotional deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines, consistently meeting all promotional deadlines.
• Manage the timely distribution and communication of retail programs to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to support the accurate and effective delivery of promotional initiatives.
• Maintain, manage, and regularly update all documentation relevant to the IBA Retail Promotions Team.

You’re Likely a Match If

• Previous experience in a data/administrative based role
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with an ability to prioritise & manage workloads to achieve deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
