About the Opportunity 
Exciting new role to join our team as a Safety Systems Administrator. This role will support our development of Evotix and Linksafe across Metcash, enabling efficient operations and compliance. 

The System Administrator will work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand their needs, implement system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of these systems.

In this Role 
•    System Administration & Maintenance: Manage daily operations of Evotix and Linksafe platforms, including user access, system updates, performance monitoring, and data backups.
•    Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary support contact for platform-related issues, delivering timely resolutions, user training, and onboarding support.
•    Security & Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with Metcash policies and industry standards, including audit participation and access control management.
•    System Enhancements & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, plan, and implement system upgrades and process improvements, ensuring user adoption and effectiveness.
•    Reporting & Data Analysis: Support stakeholders with platform reporting tools, contribute to data analysis for optimisation, and assist with ad-hoc reporting needs.
•    Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain system integrity, implement enhancements, and align with business requirements.

You’re Likely a Match If 

•    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•    2–3 years’ experience in safety system administration, or contractor management systems (experience with Evotix and/or Linksafe is highly desirable)
•    Skilled in user management, security, and data handling (Power BI experience is a plus)
•    Ability to interpret data to identify trends, generate reports and improve system performance 
•    Excellent diagnostic skills for resolving system issues
•    Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
•    Customer-focused with a commitment to quality support
•    Passion for learning new technologies and platform features, adapting to evolving business needs
