About the Opportunity

Are you highly organised, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join LocalEyes, Metcash's growing Retail Media Network, as a Sales Administrator and play a key role in supporting sales success, campaign delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, supporting a period of exciting growth for the LocalEyes team 

In this Role, You Will:

• Support the sales team with media plans, bookings, and campaign administration
• Manage campaign bookings and pipeline tracking through Salesforce
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals, and reporting
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, dashboards, and trackers
• Act as a key point of contact for campaign and booking enquiries
• Support the execution of new initiatives and go-to-market activities

You’ll bring:

• 12+ months' experience in sales support, administration, media, marketing, or FMCG environments
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong customer focus
