About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst – eCommerce & Loyalty to drive commercial performance and shape investment decisions across our digital channels. Leveraging data, customer insights and financial modelling, you'll identify growth opportunities, optimise ROI and influence strategic business outcomes.

 

Working closely with Commercial, Digital, Merchandising and Data Science teams, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights that deliver measurable value for both our customers and the business.

In this Role

  • Drive commercial performance analysis across eCommerce, Loyalty and digital channels, identifying opportunities to improve ROI, profitability and customer outcomes
  • Build sophisticated financial models and investment cases to evaluate initiatives, promotional offers and strategic growth opportunities
  • Lead the development and evolution of measurement, attribution and incrementality frameworks that support commercial decision-making
  • Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation and lifecycle trends to uncover growth opportunities and optimise targeting strategies
  • Forecast revenue and program performance, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities to maximise commercial outcomes
  • Translate complex data into compelling commercial insights and recommendations that influence senior stakeholder decisions

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Experience across Retail, eCommerce, Loyalty, Digital, and Consulting environments
  • Strong financial modelling capability with experience building business cases and evaluating investment opportunities
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel and BI platforms
  • Experience within retail, eCommerce, loyalty or digital-led businesses
  • The ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence commercial outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders
