About the Opportunity
Metcash is seeking a Senior Digital Campaign Producer to deliver impactful, customer-focused campaigns that influence shopper behaviour and boost retail sales.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and production to scheduling - ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and aligned with brand standards. Your ability to interpret data and optimise targeting will help enhance engagement and maximise Return of Investment.

In this Role
- Design and develop creative assets for digital campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite/ Figma
- Execute campaigns via IBM Campaign & Segment, ensuring accurate targeting and scheduling
- Analyse campaign data to create actionable insights, improve targeting, and optimise ROI
- Conduct quality assurance on all campaign builds, including visuals, links, and audience accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with branding guidelines
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring clean and accurate contact lists
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice guidelines for data and communications
- Coordinate campaign calendars and contact frequency with Loyalty Planning and Execution Managers
You’re Likely a Match If
- 5+ years in digital/email campaign production, focusing on customer journeys
- Proven track record of delivering ROI from marketing initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of campaign management platforms (IBM Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce) and SQL
- Working knowledge of HTML and Adobe Creative Suite for campaign builds and creative assets
- Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign performance and optimise strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, combined with advanced planning and attention to detail
