About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors) to deliver expert functional and technical support across our SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring system stability, enabling change, and driving continuous improvement in partnership with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors.

In this Role

•    Provide Level 2/3 functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and timely resolution of incidents and requests
•    Act as a functional escalation point for complex system, access, and configuration issues across the SuccessFactors platform
•    Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve user experience and service quality
•    Contribute to bi annual SuccessFactors releases, including impact analysis, testing, UAT, and post implementation support
•    Collaborate with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to ensure HRIS services meet business needs
•    Develop and maintain user documentation, support materials, and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability uplift across the HRIS user base 

What Are We Looking For?

•    Proven experience as a functional SME supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment
•    Strong knowledge of Career, Recruitment and Talent Management modules, with hands on configuration and support experience
•    Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and organisational structures
•    Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and post implementation activities
•    Strong analytical, problem solving, and customer focused service capability
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with People & Culture, IT, and external partners in a complex enterprise environment
