Now, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Senior P&C Business Partner to join our Food Pillar and help shape the future of independent retail.
About the Opportunity
Based in Sydney, you’ll take on the role of Senior P&C Business Partner, working closely with senior leaders across VIC, SA, and QLD. You’ll collaborate with our logistics and state sales teams to design and deliver people strategies that drive strong commercial outcomes. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted strategic partner, change champion, and leadership coach, supporting three key portfolios within the Food business. Your focus will be on enabling high performance, fostering deep engagement, and driving people strategies to unlock growth.

Partner with leaders to align workforce strategy with business priorities and outcomes

Lead change initiatives, alongside significant growth agendas

Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies for critical roles

Drive culture and people experience changes, ensuring our people are highly engaged, supported and thriving

Build leadership capability to drive great culture, performance and enable future growth

Champion a performance culture focused on delivery, engagement, and continuous improvement

Work collboratively with our central and shared HR functions, ensuring they deliver highly efficient and valued services to your business areas

Activate and implement nation and enterprise-wide P&C initiatives
You’re Likely a Match If

Experience in People & Culture within a generalist or business partnering capacity
-
Love focusing your time in driving culture, improving leadership, building talent pipelines and advocating for strong people experience
-
Strong expertise in organisational change, cultural transformation, and workforce planning
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (FMCG experience highly regarded)
-
Demonstrated success in building strong stakeholder relationships across diverse levels and functions, and ability to coach, influence and develop senior leaders
-
Have worked in organisations that leverage shared serviced (highly regarded)

Resilient, agile, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for delivering impactful results

Flexibility to travel interstate regularly, supporting teams across multiple states
