About the Opportunity
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading complex supply chain technology transformation programs, ensuring seamless operations, and driving strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
In this Role
• Program Leadership & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology supply chain programs, ensuring they meet defined goals, success criteria, and KPIs while staying on schedule and within budget. Monitor risks, dependencies, and governance frameworks to ensure smooth execution.
• Quality Assurance & Alignment: Provide quality assurance across program deliverables, ensuring adherence to IT best practices, internal policies, and industry standards. Align programs with company strategy to meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Strategic Planning & Optimization: Support the creation and implementation of digital supply chain strategies to optimize warehouse, inventory management, logistics, and forecasting processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between IT, supply chain, operations, finance, suppliers, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Coordinate with teams to drive project delivery, fostering a collaborative culture, and overseeing performance evaluations and continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, develop risk mitigation strategies, and manage supplier contracts and service-level agreements.
• Change Management: Implement plans for the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies to support program success.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain adherence to IT best practices and internal policies while ensuring compliance with industry standards across deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management to drive ongoing enhancements.
You’re Likely a Match If
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, system implementation, program management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale programs and delivering measurable results and working with diverse teams.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into specifications
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Exceptional project and program management skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Project, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with agile development methodology
• Demonstrated experience in facilitation of workshops or presentations.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is highly regarded
• Experience designing functional FMCG solutions
• Knowledge of industry trends, evolving business needs, and solutions roadmaps.
