About the Opportunity

Metcash’s Cyber Security team is on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager (IDAM) to spearhead our Identity & Access Management transformation—and we want you on board.

In this Role

• Architect and execute a world‑class IDAM implementation—from initial blueprint to go‑live, then handover to operations.
• Rally IT squads, security engineers (onshore & offshore), and business stakeholders under a single vision.
• Anticipate, mitigate, and master project risks, ensuring every milestone aligns with our cyber remediation standards.
• Lead workshops, keep Azure DevOps cards razor‑sharp, and maintain crystal‑clear communication across the program.
• Evaluate outcomes, harvest lessons learned, and supercharge future projects with your insights.

You’re Likely a Match If

• 8–10 years driving complex, large‑scale IDAM/IAM initiatives in hybrid or cloud environments.
• PMP/PRINCE2/CPPM—and bonus points if you’ve added CISSP, CISM, or CISA to your toolkit.
• Deep understanding of Azure AD, Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, and on‑prem integrations.
• Comfortable navigating all project methodologies, tailoring the mix to deliver maximum impact.
• Exceptional communicator, risk‑optimizer, and motivator who turns teams into high‑performance powerhouses.
