About the Opportunity

As a Senior Solutions Lead, you’ll lead and mentor a talented team, manage large-scale programs, and deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions. You’ll be the bridge between our business and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce and other retail applications like DocuSign. Your expertise will shape the future of our customer and supplier experiences.

In this Role

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Define and deliver solutions that meet project goals, budgets, and timelines while applying and enhancing business analysis methodologies.
• Manage incident and problem resolution processes to minimize disruptions and ensure customers are kept informed throughout.
• Optimize resource planning and team utilization, identifying opportunities to improve business processes and solutions.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and keep stakeholders updated throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other teams to align practices with enterprise initiatives and drive continuous improvement across Metcash.

You’re Likely a Match If

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and process management.
• Salesforce Developer certified.
• Salesforce Application Architect certified.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering large, complex solutions with a strong focus on customer value.
