About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shopper Insights Analyst to join our Shopper Brand & Loyalty team. In this role, you will deliver actionable insights and data to support campaign development and identify new opportunities. You will work closely with the team to produce reports and dashboards that track performance, summarise business results for quarterly reviews, and present key findings to stakeholders.
In this Role
- Supporting the Shopper, Brand & Loyalty team with the production of planned reports and dashboards around campaign performance
- Summarize business performance for quarterly reviews and present to broader Shopper, Brand and Loyalty team
- Consult on connections and differences between business data and shopper data
- Be the expert in market understanding via Circana data
- Consulting with stakeholders to understand their business priorities and opportunities then proactively introduce innovative thinking and analytical solutions to those situations
- Identify and manage datasets that contain both structured and unstructured data. Determine features that can be derived from available data. Extract, clean, process and analyse data to draw business insights
- Participating in data blending and reporting developments using PowerBI
You’re Likely a Match If
- 5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting
- Background in mathematics with some knowledge of statistical modelling and strong understanding of location intelligence and geospatial analytics
- Experience in marketing analytics, translating data insights into business strategy
- Strong skills in Advanced Excel and PowerBI
- Expertise in data management and integration
- Good communication and presentation abilities alongside strong project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results
- Preferred experience with scan point of sale data, transaction data, shopper behaviour data, or FMCG cross-industry data (e.g., Circana)
- Proficient in Python, SQL, R, and SPSS
