We’re looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our digital transformation team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we operate today and evolve for tomorrow.

In this Role

• Identify gaps, define business requirements, and document user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map as-is and to-be processes and support solution design and integration.
• Facilitate workshops across business and IT to clarify needs and align expectations.
• Support implementation of supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, ERP, analytics).
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder expectations through delivery.
• Drive user adoption and support continuous improvement across teams.

You’re Likely a Match If

• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis within business or IT environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping, systems design concepts, and agile ways of working.
• Confident facilitator who can manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and delivery-focused.

Nice to Have: Supply chain/FMCG experience, analytics/ERP knowledge, UI/UX skills, SQL/data analysis, business analysis certification.
