As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse systems performing at their best helping us move smarter, faster and with greater accuracy every day.

If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with operators and IT teams, and strengthening systems through continuous improvement, this role gives you the opportunity to make a real difference.

 

In this Role 

  • Support and optimise warehouse system applications, including building monitoring tools, alerts and performance reports.
  • Manage operational system activities to meet business needs and maintain system reliability.
  • Work with stakeholders and vendors to deliver process and system improvements.
  • Analyse, plan and coordinate system enhancements from design to testing and implementation.
  • Promote standardisation and continuous improvement across systems, applications and processes.
  • Contribute to broader supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop training materials, user guides and documentation to support system capability.
  • Provide daily support for user requests, incidents, bugs, upgrades and change requests.
    Some support may occur outside standard hours due to system availability requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external software suppliers.
  • Produce reports that support decision-making, issue reduction and operational performance.
  • Support integration projects including design, testing, cutover and hypercare.

 

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Experience working in a warehouse systems or similar technology-focused warehousing role
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse systems and processes (experience with Dallas is desirable)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Experience in system and user training, testing and documentation
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong written and verbal communication
  • SQL/database skills (highly advantageous); basic scripting or programming (Python, ladder logic) desirable
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt and take initiative
