In order to provide our customers with new products and features and continually enhancing our overall digital experience we are hiring


We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work closely with our platform and operations team to provide break-fix support, operational maintenance, and premium support across the IGA Digital platform and its third party services. The You will also be responsible for managing and resolving challenging technical issues for the IGA Shopper Engagement Team.


What you’ll do


  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to provide technical business solutions to wider teams and developers, and to address eCommerce product questions with our operations team.
  • Participate in the development of tools, systems and processes aimed at improving product supportability or overall support productivity.
  • Own 2nd level systems support and problem resolution in accordance with SLAs to ensure system availability. Escalation of resolution to next level support or third party
  • Monitor and ensure the operation of critical eCommerce and Digital systems.


What you’ll bring


  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and consulting skills
  • Ability to Identify and resolve web content and functional issues
  • Experience working with Incident Management systems
  • Experience working with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Pingdom, GA, etc
  • Experience working with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, etc.
