About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Value & Implementation Specialist to help bring IGA’s brand and value message to life across our catalogues, digital channels, and weekly promotional content.
In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure our shopper experience is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand strategy - especially across key promotional events.

In this Role
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships across national and state teams to deliver best‑in‑class catalogue execution
- Ensure cohesive, impactful value and event execution across all touchpoints for IGA weekly specials
- Review weekly catalogues across all states to ensure creative consistency and accurate product/price representation that maximises shopper attraction and value perception
- Lead secondary event campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and key visuals across all touchpoints and effective collaboration with agencies and internal teams
- Ensure alignment between catalogue and above‑the‑line value/event assets to deliver a seamless shopper experience
- Work closely with National Promotions, Studio, Merchandise, and state teams to execute shopper‑led marketing plans
You’re Likely a Match If
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within retail or promotional environments
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience working within complex organisations and navigating multiple priorities
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive and solution‑focused mindset
- A keen curiosity for shopper behaviour, backed by the ability to use insights and data to influence campaign decisions and enhance the shopper experience
