About the Opportunity  

Are you passionate about warehouse design, process optimization, and driving efficiency? We’re looking for a Warehouse Design Specialist to lead the way in facility design, process improvements, and warehouse transitions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering innovative distribution solutions.

In this Role  

• Lead DC design, commissioning, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Use Data, slotting analysis, CAD and warehouse technologies to drive smarter layouts and workflows.
• Support Small, Medium and large-scale projects, from new facility designs to automation commissioning.
• Identify and implement best-in-class warehouse processes to improve service and reduce costs.
• Work with operations teams, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of changes.

You’re Likely a Match If  

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
• Expertise in warehouse technologies (WMS, voice picking, automation).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and warehouse layout design tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management experience (PMBOK certification preferred).
