About the Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate, people-focused Workplace Experience Receptionist who loves creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every interaction counts. This is much more than a traditional reception role — you'll be at the heart of our workplace experience, helping create an environment where employees, visitors, and stakeholders feel welcomed, supported, and connected.

In this Role, You Will:

• Create exceptional first impressions by welcoming visitors and managing reception and workplace interactions
• Deliver an engaging workplace experience by maintaining meeting rooms, shared spaces, and hospitality services
• Support office operations through mail management, administration, logistics, and office supplies coordination
• Assist with workplace systems, access passes, onboarding support, and facilities coordination
• Support workplace events, safety initiatives, and contribute to a positive and collaborative environment

You’ll bring:

• Experience in reception, workplace experience, facilities, or office coordination roles
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, polished, and solutions-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating positive workplace experiences
