Trade Yard Team Member - Mitchell

About the role 

A great opportunity has arisen in our Hudson Mitre 10 Trade Centre business for a Trade Yard Team Member in our new Mitchell site. This is a Part-Time, Monday to Friday role, working approx 11am-4pm

The team member will provide excellent customer service, must be motivated,have a forklift licence and ideally have experience in a similar role.

What you will be doing

• Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within their department
• Serving customers - helping them with their orders, and providing them with fast, efficient service
• Picking orders to be sent out on delivery trucks
• Putting away stock, mainly timber and associated products

What you will bring

• Demonstrate a strong customer focus
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines
• Must be physically fit and able to be on your feet all day
• An eye for detail and a sense of urgency
• Ability to be available for work across the 5 days of the week 
• Forklift Licence
