K&B Timber & Hardware is a leading name in hardware retail and truss manufacturing, employing over 480 team members across 19 locations throughout South Australia and Victoria. For more than 40 years, we’ve proudly supported builders and tradies with quality products and reliable service.

We’re now looking for an experienced HC Driver to join our Mt Gambier-based fleet. 

The hours for this position is 6.30am - 3.06pm Monday to Friday (Be home every night!) occasional weekends and overtime available during busy periods

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering timber, trusses, frames, and other building materials to sites across Mt Gambier region and Western Victoria

You’ll also:

• Safely load, transport and deliver building products
• Operate a truck-mounted crane
• Follow safe work practices and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• Represent K&B with a professional and customer-focused approach

About You

You’re a reliable, safety-focused driver who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a team.

To be successful, you will have:

• Current HC Licence (essential)
• Dogging & Crane Licence (highly desired)
• Strong knowledge of Mt Gambier region and Western Victoria
• Solid understanding of CoR and transport safety standards
• A stable work history and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
