We’re looking for a bold, commercially sharp operations leader to lead the turnaround, integration and performance of our Food Service & Convenience network — including Superior Food Group, Campbells and related entities. 

About the Opportunity 

You’ll lead a national network of approx. 35 sites and 2,000 team members, driving branch-level P&L, operational discipline, customer experience and transformation as the business moves into a more unified Metcash operating model. 

What you’ll do 

• Lead multi-site operational performance across the FS&C network 

• Drive profitability, accountability and consistent operating rhythms 

• Integrate teams, processes and ways of working post-acquisition 

• Lift safety, compliance, productivity and customer outcomes 

• Partner across sales, supply chain and functions to deliver results 

What you’ll bring 

• Senior multi-site operations leadership experience 

• Strong P&L and commercial acumen 

• Turnaround, transformation or integration experience 

• Supply chain, distribution, wholesale, retail or food service background 

• A clear, values-led leadership style that builds trust and momentum
